I used to have high cholesterol and ate a lot of cheese because I didn’t know what to eat, particularly being vegetarian. Eating completely plant based for twelve years has helped me avoid many of the common diet related health issues that many people face.







The goal is not to become a size zero; but for you to feel better in your every day life. To move the needle with your health…even if just a little. Maybe have less aches and pains or digestive issues. My no dieting approach helps you open up to some new ways of cooking some very ordinary foods.

Meet Your Instructor


Hi! I’m Laura! Eating plant based was something I figured I would try for just a week in January 2013. But after I felt so GOOD eating this way and ENJOYING the food, I kept going! I did stumble a bit along the way, trying to figure things out. So my goal is to get you there faster than it was for me to try and figure it all out. To further my education on the subject, I enrolled in the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and received my Plant Based Nutrition certificate from eCornell in 2017. Then I also completed and received my certificate from the Rouxbe Online Cooking School for Plant Based Certification in 2017. I’m not here to give anyone medical advice. I’m here to teach you what I have learned, that has worked for me to feel great since my early forties and now into my mid-fifties.






At the end of this self-paced course, you will know how to grocery shop for plant based foods with ease, learn to cook plant based without using weird ingredients, and enjoy foods you love. You’ll also enjoy a happier gut with better gut health. Feel great in your clothes again while seeing your skin glow.
